Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1/4 C milk
1 C soft breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp chopped onion
3/4 tsp salt
1 lb ground beef

Method – The Procedure
Combine egg and milk, stir in bread crumbs, onion and salt. Add ground beef, mix well and roll into balls. Makes about 24 meatballs.

Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
