Breakfast Meatballs (Low Carb) Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F
Ingredients
6 lbs ground beef
4 lbs of breakfast sausage
8 eggs
2 cups (approx) of chopped onions
1 cup of green peppers
2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese
dry mustard to taste
minced garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
low carb catsup about a cup
cream (amount varies, till it looks like no more will soak into the meat mixture)
Method – The Procedure
Mix well. Make into meatballs.
Bake on cookie sheets or flat pans in the oven at 350°F for about 30 min, but watch them so they don’t over cook.
Store in ziploc bags in freezer for 3 mths store in ziploc bags in fridge for a week,
Microwave to heat and enjoy.
