Ingredients
3/4 c. minced beef
3/4 c. minced pork
2 large oranges, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/4 c. dry flaked coconut
1 egg
2 tbsp. raisins
1/4 c. butter
breadcrumbs

Method – The Procedure
Evenly mix all ingredients.
Add enough breadcrumbs to make a stiff but smooth dough.
Form 4 meatballs.
Fry until done or serve on lettuce leaves.
