Ingredients
MEATBALLS:
13 ounces evaporated milk
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup finely chopped onions
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
3 pounds ground chuck
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper

SAUCE:
3 cups catsup
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups brown sugar

Method – The Procedure
Mix and shape meatballs about the size of walnuts or smaller. Place them in two 9×13 pans only one layer to each pan. ( I own a 13×20 pan that I use) Mix the sauce ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over all the meatballs and bake at 300ºF for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
