<ul>
<li> 1/2 cup of minced onions</li>
<li>1 pound of ground veal</li>
<li>1 pound of ground pork</li>
<li>1 cup of seasoned, dry bread crumbs</li>
<li>2  eggs</li>
<li>2 teaspoons of  salt</li>
<li>2 tablespoons of  butter</li>
<li>2 tablespoons of  olive oil</li>
</ul>
<h3>SAUCE</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 Tablespoons of butter, melted</li>
<li>One 10-12 ounce jar of apricot jam</li>
<li>½ cup of barbecue sauce</li>
</ul>
<p>Preheat Oven to 350.</p>
<p>Mix together the veal, pork, bread crumbs, eggs, minced onion, and salt.</p>
<p>Form into 1 inch balls.</p>
<p>Melt butter and oil in a fry pan and brown meatballs.</p>
<p>In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, apricot jam and barbeque sauce. Add the browned meatballs and gently coat the meatballs with the sauce.</p>
<p>Pour the meatballs and sauce into a large, flat, baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.</p>
<p>Makes 5-6 dozen Meatballs.</p>

Directions:<br />
Make the meat balls from a favorite recipe-some supermarkets sell them already made, so much easier&#8211;<br />
combine the above ingrediants in a medium saucepan-cook on a medium heat until cranberry sauce is melted-pour sauce over meatballs&#8212;&#8211;<br />
most of the time, I combine above ingrediants and put everything in a crock pot on a low heat&#8211;dinner is ready at the end of the day!! Enjoy!</p>

<p><strong>Method &#8211; The Procedure</strong><br />
Chop onions into small pieces and mix them in the meat. Season mix as desired. Make small meatballs and place them in a pot on the stove. Add cranberry sauce and marinara sauce and cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. After 30 minutes, turn heat down and simmer for 2-3 hours. You can leave them on the stove for a long time on simmer. Should make approximately 20 balls.<br />

remaining cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and brown sugar to<br />
pineapple juice. Cook until thickened; stir constantly. Add<br />
meatballs, fruit, and peppers. Cook 5 minutes or until fruit is well<br />
heated. Yield 4 to 6 servings.</p>
