Ingredients:
1 # ground chuck
1/2 c. Italian dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. finely minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
little salt and pepper
5 to 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped

Method – The Procedure
Directions:
Mix all together with your hands, knead a little and form into walnut size balls. Place in a hot skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil and brown over medium heat. Place in your favorite marinara sauce and cook for a half hour to an hour so flavor can go through….ymmmm…serve with hot pasta and extra cheese.
